Lessons learnt in 2019

We are in the last week of 2019 and it is time to bid adieu to the year. I won’t say how good or bad the year was for me, rather I’ll focus on what all I learnt in this year. So, here I am with a list of things I learnt in 2019.

Health is wealth

I have realized that nothing can replace a healthy body. No matter, what your age is, if you are healthy, you’ll live a fuller life and eating healthy and being fit shows on your face, skin and on your body. It is truely said that

If wealth is lost, nothing is lost

If character is lost, something is lost

If health is lost, everything is lost.

Value your relations

The grass always looks greener on the other side, but truth be told, you already have or will eventually get what is meant for you. So, value your all relations, make efforts and make things better with your spouse, parents and friends instead of ignorance and infidelity.

Stay motivated

I have written an entire post on Self Motivation earlier. We all have our problems and miseries. But, if we’ll be sad and depressed all the time, even our bestest friend might not be able to cope up with it and we’ll end up being isolated and distanced from all which will eventually add to our miseries.

Stay positive and happy

If you’ll send positivity and happiness in the universe, you’ll get the same in return. Being positive and happy for no reason won’t solve your problems, neither would crying. So better be positive😁.

Love yourself

I cannot talk enough on the importance of Self Love. If you love yourself, you’ll never feel alone, even if you are, literally. Love yourself, your color, your shape, your good habits, your bad habits and everything about yourself. I am not promoting narcissism, just nourishing oneself with healthy self love. Not making it too long, you’ll have a different aura if you really love yourself.

Be better than before

Always strive to stay updated with the current affairs, general knowledge and keep learning new things. We should always try to move ahead with time and be the better version of ourselves everyday, as being stagnant is outdated, boring and being dull.

Happy New Year to all the readers🌸🎂🥳
